Before your first visit, we will send you the new patient paperwork. We kindly ask you to fill this out before your first visit, so we can review your health history and serve you best when you come in!
We schedule a 30 minute phone consult with Dr. Kevin for all kiddos before they come into our office. This allows us to truly listen and dive deep into your child's health history without having to talk about the child in front of them. The phone consults also make the initial in-office visit shorter and more enjoyable for the child!
Your first visit in the office is what we call “Discovery Day.” This appointment is about one hour long and is designed to discover if our care is a fit for you and your health goals! You will be greeted with a smile as soon as you enter the office that will be followed by a tour of our office. The tour will end in our exam room where we will perform the neurological INSiGHT scans. Once scans have been completed Dr. Kevin will come in to dive into your health history (this portion will happen during the phone consult if scheduled). Finally, Dr. Kevin will perform a hands on exam where he will walk you through and explain anything he finds.
Your second visit in the office will take about 30 minutes. Dr. Kevin will sit down with you to go over your scans, recommend a care plan and disuss finances. We will also be able to take as much time as needed to answer any questions. If you decide to proceed with care we will get you adjusted this visit. Bring your calendar as we recommend scheduling out as many appointments as possible to get the time slots that work best for your already busy schedule.
*We encourage parents to come alone this visit in order to dive deep into scans and how the scans relate to your child's health history and care goals.
Things speed up quite a bit at this point! Follow-up appointments take about 5-10 minutes. During these visit we will make a neurologically focused adjustment according to you or your child’s specific care plan.
